Relationship Marketing Manager

Job Description:Chicago based travel/e-commerce company seeks Relationship Marketing Manager to manage/optimize outbound email communication programs to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage creation/execution of strategic/tactical elements of email marketing campaigns including setting direction for creative teams -- campaign objectives, testing recommendations, messaging, and potential templates
  • Create/lead development of ongoing communications targeted toward multiple key segments through in-depth customer analysis
  • Work with internal teams to identify/implement new marketing programs based on approval of ROI-based business justification
  • Act as primary representative to internal "clients" who rely on email marketing to advance their business needs
  • Identify required analysis/reporting to direct content to be tested/featured within emails, including promotions, offers, travel interest, product information, etc.
  • Ensure overall contact/communications strategy is supported; provide recommendations for improvement
  • Regular analysis/reporting of overall program, brand, testing and campaign results
  • Continually develop, measure, and optimize campaign/portfolio testing programs using A/B and multivariate methodologies.
