Job Description:Summary of Responsibilities: Coordinate all CRM functions within the ATI initiative working closely with CSC, product teams and marketing research to build a customer centric sales approach based on a 1 to 1 sales approach. Job Description:Global leader in consumer electronics based in Northern NJ seeks a CRM Manager to manage all aspects of customer communications (primarily e-mail) in North America. Management of these programs includes setup and structuring the CRM database, development /refinement of database segmentation strategies, providing direction on creative design, managing email schedule and utilizing third party email deployment system.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage data collection through key touchpoints including call center, website and online campaigns
  • Manage data quality & organization within SAP data warehouse: responsible for data cleansing, merge-purge and address updates
  • Manage database segmentation and segment-driven communications plan
  • Develop/implement a CRM program to engage consumers across all product groups
  • Work with online marketing, website team and creative (in-house + agency resources) to create impactful CRM programs
  • Deploy email newsletter and stand-alone email campaigns, leveraging SAP database and email platform (DREAM platform from Epsilon Interactive)
  • Provide support to product divisions in North America, by developing relevant turn-key CRM programs
