| Job Description: As the Director of Sales Operations you will play a key role in driving the implementation and execution of the company initiatives that impact critical success factors in the Sales Administration, Customer Service, Distribution and Logistics departments. Additionally, this position will lead and oversee the development of sales operations initiatives, processes and business intelligence strategies and will ensure efficient and comprehensive customer service, business reporting, and sales support systems. The Director will implement enhancements in Atrium’s ERP system for applications within the customer service, distribution and sales departments to streamline work processes and reduce operational costs. This position will provide leadership and insight as the conduit for sales force interactions with the corporate headquarters. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales you will ensure timely execution of objectives and provide forecasting for future needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum operational effectiveness while maintaining focus on sales activities. As well as, direct the development of training on sales operations tools and systems; and develop new tools for enhancing operational effectiveness for the field organization.
