Job Description:Reading, Pennsylvania-based leader in the gaming industry seeks a CRM Analyst responsible for end user support and development of CRM application. Analyst will also be trained to provide support on company’s customer data mining applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with CRM end-users to answer application usage questions about “how to better utilize” CRM applications to develop/deploy marketing communications.
Serve as liaison between CRM end-users and corporate office’s data warehouse and business intelligence groups.
Assist end users in use of data mining/visualization application to develop analytical reports and graphical displays.
Field calls from users regarding issues encountered while using CRM application and for troubleshooting.
Work with CRM users to gather requirements for design/creation of CRM Legends, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and providing instruction to maximize customer utilization.
Work with IT and data warehouse staffs on installs, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting and version control of CRM/data mining application.

| Job Description:The Constituent Relationship Manager will report to the Director of Adult Learner Enrollment Services for Academic Outreach. This is a new job and initially will focus on increasing the yield on applications to Continuing Education and the World Campus credit programs. Responsibilities include: develop the CRM strategic plan and roadmap for all of Outreach; define business processes and software platform; work with stakeholders and offices to implement it, including the knowledge base, contact center and management of the marketing campaign. Lead and direct the Call Center and supervise staff. Requires Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent, plus five years of work-related experience. A demonstrated commitment to diversity and working with diverse audiences is required. Competencies critical to success are effective leadership, solid judgment and proven project management skills. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
