Job Description
Wipro CRM consulting practice provides a broad scope of services to help our clients improve the performance of their CRM systems, from the establishment of an overall CRM strategy through the implementation of new business processes, enabling technology and organization structures. Role of a Sr. CRM Solutions consultant at Wipro is essentially focussed on business process mapping and optimization. Experience with CRM software packages is useful, but role for the position at issue is such that experience with any particular package is not required. 80% Mon-Thurs travel is required.
