Associate Product Manager, CRM and Marketing Systems

Job Description
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for acting as the client relationship manager between IT and the business regarding CEB’s Salesforce.com CRM system and Eloqua Campaign Management system. Works closely with business units to review and coordinate enhancement requests as well as defect tracking for each system. Develops a product roadmap to make the best use of the systems with a drive towards improving the User Experience. Responsible for coordinating projects across different business units including Sales, Member Services, and Marketing divisions using Salesforce.com.

Skills

Required Skills: - BA/BS or related degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience. MBA or other advanced degrees a plus - 6-8 years professional experience focused on development, management, or administration of CRM and/or web applications. - At least 2 years experience working on CRM related projects (Salesforce.com, Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Peoplesoft) - At least 6 months experience working with administration features in Salesforce.com.

Optional Skills: Experience using Eloqua or other campaign management systems a plus
