Job Description
Involved with and manage all aspects of a project including the Bid process and Client Management Processes. It is the responsibility of the Manager of CRM Services to implement a solution to a client by ensuring that all key project aspects are delivered within a timely and professional manner as well as being involved in broad company areas. Manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise initiative. Reviews CRM project proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals.
