This $1.2B leader in the life sciences industry is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing executive to define, architect and implement a world-class CRM initiative across 70 countries. This is a new position, reporting to the SVP of Global Marketing and eBusiness. Skills
Required Skills: Lead the cross-company CRM Council responsible for the strategy of CRM at Invitrogen including the enhancement and maintenance of the global customer list. Working with the CRM Infrastructure team; lead customer data integration from internal and external sources, with the goal of creating a 360o customer view. Lead cross-functional team including all customer touch points to provide clear understanding of customer experience. Touch points include but are not limited to sales, technical services, customer service, product marketing, tradeshows. Work with all marketing functions globally to communicate, train, implement, and use CRM application in marketing activities. Develop and implement customer contact strategy for direct marketing, ongoing measurement and continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness using CRM application. Provide thought leadership and tactical execution framework for all marketing campaigns. Drive demand generation as an output of CRM activity, with specific goals for opportunity value creation. Collaborate and coordinate with business segment and regional marketing teams for demand generation activities. Partner with IT and CRM Infrastructure Team to establish architecture of systems and tools to maintain and share CRM content. Ensure investments made in systems produce actionable information. Participate in Invitrogen’s Marketing Leadership Council. Manage team responsible for customer loyalty program including benefit strategy
