CRM Relationship Intelligence Senior Associate

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Relationship Intelligence Senior Associate to join us in our Woodcliff Lake office. Responsibilities: •Oversee the functional side of the InterAction application in support of the Relationship Intelligence initiative for the firm •Act as a functional system administrator, with a strong understanding of the flow of information in the application, configuring the system based on change requests and business requirements and ensuring that the system is functioning correctly

Required Skills: •Six years of experience in project management, application and/or user support environment •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a Business or Technology field •Experience working with various levels of professionals; managing schedules and deadlines •Strong understanding of data/work flow •Experience in testing and documentation •Understanding of customer relationship management(CRM) and CRM applications •Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills •Self-directed individual who is accustomed to a fast paced environment
