Job description: NetApp seeks a SIEBEL Engineer to join the team at its Sunnyvale IT operations center. The person needs to have excellent communication and written skills. Strong sense of urgency and proactive. The Assignment: Production Support of Siebel Sales, OM and eConfigurator. Development of reports, some bug fixes and metadata in Siebel Sales in a complex, large-company environment. Must be able to work independently and solve configuration as well as Sales/OM issues. Primary Responsibilities 1) Support world-wide users from 7am to 4pm during business hours. Carrying on-call support
