Job Description
Global Leader looking for a Program Sr. Manager of CRM who will be responsible for the CRM and Direct Marketing best practices and strategy development for the US and global regions. The person will ensure that CRM and DM efforts are continually generating value by enabling marcom to scale, data is being collected and executed on, in the most beneficial way, to generate a return regardless of outbound or inbound channel.

Required Skills: · Minimum of 10-15 years in the Direct Marketing discipline with increasing responsibility. · Minimum of 5 years using a multichannel approach to marketing and manage a customer lifecycle process · Capable of conversing with the analytic teams on the modeling and statistical efforts supporting the business · Experience with both proprietary and syndicated data sources · Able to both manage a multinational team. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint and Word. · BS in Business, Math, OR, Economics, Psychology, MBA preferred in Marketing or Direct Marketing · Prior experience in direct Business to Consumer marketing a plus such as a catalog or retail website .
