As a Consultant in the CRM consulting practice, you will bring in strong industry, process and technology solutions in the supply chain to build, drive and realize compelling supply chain value proposition to our clients.

Skills
Required Skills: Functional Consultants/ Business Analysts/ Subject Matter Experts (SME) with experience developing, functional requirements, process maps and or requirements, keen understanding of how CRM packages work technically and what basic capabilities they offer. Ability to create high level designs - experience applying processes to package. Change readiness programs and deliverables, marketing and functional area requirements (i.e. contracts, pricing, and product configuration). 5+years years of relevant experience. Ability to show expertise in process redesign and improvement. Can be based anywhere in U.S, but must be willing to travel 100%(Mon-Thursday).
Optional Skills: CRM package experience in one of following and/or other CRM packages: SAP CRM, Siebel, PeopleSoft CRM, Saleforce.com
