Job Description
BEI is interested in a Retention Coach with demonstrated success in establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. BEI has cultivated a unique, no nonsense style that brings a laser-like focus to key issues of revenue generation, engagement management, firm development and provides a framework for achieving organizational superiority. This position is accountable for successful member retention of our sophisticated clients such as attorneys, insurance/financial advisors and CPAs.

Skills
Required Skills: • Five years proven business-to-business retention experience and track record of exceeding retention numbers. • Customer service, sales and marketing experience is preferred. Must have an excellent command of professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to groups both large and small with an emphasis on one-on-one counseling. • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills to successfully navigate complex team dynamics with some expertise in conflict management and resolution. Must have the ability to accurately convey the firm’s information, educational products and marketing materials. Your abilities to think and act strategically should be evident in your strong written and verbal communication skills. • Must have proven success to manage performance metrics, foster teamwork across multiple teams, coach and motivate others, and develop a motivated and enthusiastic member. • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive business style. • Ability to travel about 10% of the time to national locations.
