CRM Business Analyst

Job Description
The Business Analyst will intervene early during the project by documenting the client’s business processes. He or she will prepare mandates and identify areas needing enhancement within the projects. The Business Analyst could be requested to assist the governance by helping decide which project should be first put forward. Also, the Business Analyst will directly work with the organization’s different clients in order to document the business needs for the implementation of CRM.
