CRM Systems Analyst

Job Description
Full Time - Will not sponsor The CRM Systems Analyst will provide hands-on support to a sales team of ~120 people who will be using the Sugar CRM system. The Analyst will provide 2nd level troubleshooting support, will model and test, will create and run custom reports, and will train users. This individual will also have the opportunity to assist with enhancements made to the existing tool that will increase user adoption and effectiveness.

Required Skills: The ideal candidate will have the following background and skill set: Bachelor’s degree 1-4 years CRM experience – we use Sugar, but experience with Salesforce.com, Siebel, SAP, etc is also acceptable. (We are willing to consider bright recent grads who have relevant internship experience. Please do not submit candidates with more than a few years of experience – this is a fairly junior role). Excellent communications skills and a strong customer service orientation Strong analytical skills Proficient in Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
