CRM Manager

Job Description
Top bank in NYC is looking for a CRM Manager. This position oversees day-to-day and longer-term support of users of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Responsibilities include business process design, rapid user interface configuration, user provisioning, data transfer, report / dashboard design, user training, documentation and marketing campaign support.

This individual acts as a hub for all the end user groups and business functions, liaising with the Technology group as required. The CRM Application Manager advises on solution design within the constructs of the business model to ensure continuity of the system's integrity over time, and implements agreed-upon solutions in a controlled manner.

Skills

Required Skills:

BA/BS in MIS or CS

4 years experience working with CRM applications; significant experience with Salesforce.com is preferred

Financial services, particularly wealth management, experience is a plus

Sales & service call center systems experience is a must

Strong data background (SQL, MS Access), DB2 a plus

Business Analyst Experience (UML a plus)
