Constituent Relationship Manager

Job Description
The Constituent Relationship Manager will report to the Director of Adult Learner Enrollment Services for Academic Outreach. This is a new job and initially will focus on increasing the yield on applications to Continuing Education and the World Campus credit programs. Responsibilities include: develop the CRM strategic plan and roadmap for all of Outreach; define business processes and software platform; work with stakeholders and offices to implement it, including the knowledge base, contact center and management of the marketing campaign. Lead and direct the Call Center and supervise staff. Requires Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent, plus five years of work-related experience. A demonstrated commitment to diversity and working with diverse audiences is required. Competencies critical to success are effective leadership, solid judgment and proven project management skills. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
