Director of ICS Operations

Job Description
This position is responsible for the operations management and the delivery of support services to our customers. Support services include customer service, billing, collections, and policy processing. Develops best practices for customer service and support to ensure a highly efficient and effective organization. Ensures compliance to standards and develops staff accordingly. Responsible for continuously improving operations and support processes and implementing automation initiatives. Ensure customer service and support staff are fully trained and developed to meet future business needs.

Required Skills: The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 10 years experience in insurance operations preferred. Strong leadership skills including management and development of large teams. Strong experience in process improvement, project management, and customer relations.
