Job Description
Possess a solid functional foundation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions such as NetSuite, Onyx, Pivotal, Sage CRM, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, etc.

Skills
Required Skills: At least 2 years experience in CRM or ERP/SCM implementation Experience analyzing & documenting a customer's current (as-is) business processes, establishing (to-be) business requirements and then identifying how CRM would meet these requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
Optional Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services would be a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint would also be a plus
