CRM Developer

Job Description

TheMarkets delivers unprecedented access to the premier real-time research, earnings models, and full website content and quantitative tools of our eleven Member Firms, plus US equity deal coverage and research from over 850 global contributors covering 16,000 companies worldwide. Our platform and products service the institutional investor community. The CRM Developer is a hands-on role responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of multiple TheMarkets mission critical applications. Working with internal colleagues, this position shares ownership and accountability for the applications he/she supports. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Play a hands-on technology role throughout multiple phases of the software development lifecycle • Provide end–user support and maintenance for internal applications • Design and develop customizations to the TMC CRM system (SalesLogix) • Identify inefficient business processes and propose/implement technology solutions to address them • Manage to hard deadlines, proactively identify issues, and mitigate risk factors • Manage interpersonal relationships and communicate project status, issues, and risk factors to internal staff and external consulting team

Required Skills: Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree • US work authorization • Hands on development experience • 1-2 years experience in a development role with a packaged CRM solution • 1-2 years experience with VB 6 • 1-2 years experience with SQL Server • Strong business analysis skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
