Glossary Suggestion Terms:

1. Although we are committed to honoring our side of the deal and including your name and a link to your site on the Glossary Contributors page, CRM Today reserves the right to reject suggestions received via this form, for any reason.
2. When two or more suggestions for the same term are received within one update cycle, CRM Today will, on its own discretion, select and publish the more accurate / more complete suggestion.
3. CRM Today does not guarantee that your suggestion will be accepted.
4. CRM Today reserves the right to remove listings after they have been added to its Glossary of terms for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
5. By submitting a suggestion, you declare that your suggestion is original and does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property of any other person / entity. You also agree to indemnify CRM Today and it's associated companies / associated individuals from any liability for your submission.
6. By submitting a suggestion, you grant CRM Today permission to republish your entire submission on its web site(s) and any other documents, electronic or otherwise. You also grant permission for CRM Today to transfer redistribution rights thereof to third parties.
