Sheryl Kingstone is the program manager of the Yankee Group’s Customer Relationship Management Strategies Advisory Service, which covers a broad range of topics relating to technology and applications for customer service, sales, and marketing. Specifically, she researches and writes on sales and marketing effectiveness (SFA, portals, Content management, marketing automation), partner relationship management, e-commerce infrastructure and CRM delivery strategies.

Ms. Kingstone is a well-known industry analyst in the customer relationship management market, with extensive speaking experience at conferences and seminars, quoted in many business and industry journals, and notable consulting experience with Fortune 1000 companies. Ms. Kingstone has more than 15 years in the high technology market researching, evaluating, and implementing sales automation systems. Before joining the Yankee Group, she consulted with a number of enterprise software companies in the areas of business-to-business e-commerce, customer relationship management, e-services, and Internet infrastructure on company and product positioning, acquisitions and IPO strategies for Blanc and Otus. Prior to this, she worked at DataMirror and Praxis International in the enterprise data replication, transformation, and database software market.

Sheryl Kingstone holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simmons College.
