As a member of the global leadership team for Capgemini CRM
practice, Scott Walters is responsible for solution portfolio
development, strategic alliance management, and currently
serves as the global leader of Capgemini’s solution
for customer intelligence and marketing transformation called
Adaptive Marketing and Capgemini Loyalty Factorysm.
Mr. Walters has 17 years experience in the high technology
industry including leadership positions in solution design,
marketing, strategic alliances, and all aspects of sales
operations and management. Mr. Walters specializes in advising
senior executives on a full array of go-to-market strategies
and execution. He is a frequent speaker at industry events,
and his commentary on these subjects has been featured in
publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and
Teradata Magazine.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Walters was Vice President
of Sales Operations for a Fortune 500 technology solution
company. In that role, he was responsible for global sales
force design, productivity, and measurement programs.
Mr. Walters earned a BS in Business Administration from
the University of Dayton, in Dayton, Ohio, and completed
executive development programs at Cranfield University in
the United Kingdom.
