AMR Research, Inc.
Kevin’s research focuses on companies’ utilization
of e-business applications to enable marketing and other demand
driving efforts. He is also responsible for monitoring industry
trends and developments within this market. His coverage includes
marketing automation applications, analytics, pricing optimization,
and customer data management.
Kevin has also worked very closely with AMR Research’s
Corporate accounts, where he focused on providing application
and technology support for our clients requests to understand
how to apply technology to address their business processes.
Specifically, Kevin researched requirements in the area
of enterprise and customer resource planning applications.
Kevin joins AMR Research from the Retail Industry, where
he worked for Reebok International, responsible for managing
the daily operations for Reebok’s Lady Footlocker
national account. He coordinated marketing campaigns and
analyzed sell-through results. Previously in his career
at Reebok, Kevin worked as Sales Planning Analyst, where
he forecasted sales, studied market trends, and analyzed
past sales data to create tailored sales plans for retail
accounts.
Kevin holds a B.A. in Communications from the University
of Rhode Island, and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. with
a marketing concentration at Bentley College. |
