The Forum is organized for the 4th year running by "Automatics and Telecommunications" Association jointly with Exposystems Ltd and considered by right to be the only great event in Russia and the CIS countries. It has already become a tradition for many leading companies from different economic sectors (telecom operators, service-providers, service business, retailing, banks and insurance) to participate in the event. Annually over 400 specialists from Europe, the CIS countries and all Russian regions gather for discussion over issues of creation of interactive relations with customers.
The interest to the Forum is growing from year to year and it is not accidentally: the saturated programme of reports and demonstration of successfully implemented solutions allows the participants to obtain information about the latest achievements in this field at first hand (case study, round table debates, experience exchange). The main aim of the Forum is the maintenance of development of Contact/Call-center and CRM market in Russia.
The most important distinction and advantage of the Forum is the extension of issues under discussion, holding of round tables and discussions over important questions and the possibility of getting of useful experience.
