As restraints on time and money for product development become tighter and tighter, companies are seeking ways in which to make their product development teams and processes more efficient in order to be able to remain competitive in an incredibly aggressive marketplace. Product development groups are being forced to cut corners wherever possible, but while doing so quality cannot be compromised or else the product will perish. Corporations must reevaluate their approaches and build a strong company culture that not only works but is also inspirational to the employees. Within product development and quality engineering, there is always room for growth, and in the competitive marketplace, those that flounder or remain stagnant are setting themselves up for failure. This conference will bring together organizations producing complex products in both the hardware and software industries that are looking to develop new product development processes or refine the weaker areas within their established processes in order to be able to better meet the demands of the global marketplace.
