CallCenterWorld® 2009 has established itself as Europe's leading congress and exhibition for the contact centre industry.
In 2008 the event attracted 7,200 trade visitors and 230 international exhibitors. CallCenterWorld® 2009 is already on schedule to beat last year's record and again expects to see the key decision makers at the four-day event.
In 2009, CallCenterWorld® will feature for the first time a country specific focus and a specially designed UK PLAZA will this time showcase UK products and services.
The call centre congress will feature presentations by more than 60 industry experts, engaging delegates to discuss current subjects facing the call centre market.
