5CA, 'Consumer-Channel-Contact-Care-Center Alliance', was founded in 1998 by senior members of one of the world's leading imaging devices companies. The company was set up in order to cope with the challenges that many manufacturers continually deal with when it comes to providing their customers with effective and efficient customer care and technical support.

The main challenge for establishing 5CA was to create a Contact Care Center for ICT suppliers where their customers could get 'information on their fingertips'. Our aim is to provide end-users with the right information, whenever and whenever, and regardless of the communication media they choose to contact us.
