Surado Adds New Features to Online CRM Solution

Another key feature released in this version is the ability for knowledge management. With Surado’s Knowledge Base, users will be able to track documents, policies, procedures, customer service responses, annual reports, employee knowledge assets and much more.
For users that constantly import data from card scanners or other sources,
Surado CRM Online now offers the ability to directly import data as well as
save the import structures for future use. This allows quick data imports for
subscribed data sources.
Other features include integrated web services for eMail Synchronization, Driving
Directions, Maps, People Search and Weather Reports from popular web portals
including Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and Weather.com. Surado has also updated
its user interface with Drop Down menu options for a one click access to key
functionality.
