WebDialogs Announces Public Beta for Unyte Meeting

WebDialogs Inc., a leading provider of multimedia conferencing services, today announced it has begun beta-testing its newly enhanced Spring ’07 edition of Unyte Meeting, the company’s affordable and easy-to-use online conferencing service.

The Spring ’07 version, available now in beta service, provides: 1.) an enhanced interactive user interface with a new look; 2.) innovative videocasting capabilities for conferencing hosts and presenters; 3.) an upgraded audiocasting function, now requiring less bandwidth; and 4.) an expanded presentation-recording capability. The result is a seamless integration of voice, video and online conferencing without the hassles of more complicated conferencing systems.

WebDialogs is seeking users to participate in the beta test, which will run through April 25, 2007. As a registered user, participants can sample Unyte Meeting’s unified voice, video and Web conferencing capabilities without charge for up to 1,500 minutes or until April 25—whichever comes first. To sign up, visit http://www.webdialogs.com/umbeta/.

Unyte Meeting Spring ’07 is faster, yet still completely browser-based, with no downloads required for hosts, presenters or participants. The service is based on WebDialogs’ proprietary conferencing technology that is currently used in the market today by more than 200 brand names through 70 partner agreements.

“We’ve listened to our users and made significant changes to the Spring ’07 version of Unyte Meeting,” said Lou Guercia, WebDialogs CEO. “What we haven’t changed is its ease of use or the availability of dedicated support. And of course, we’ll be watching and tweaking throughout the beta-testing period to be sure the product is operating with ‘five nines’ functionality.”

Unyte Meeting Spring ’07 is the first new version of a WebDialogs service to become available since the company renamed its Meeting Central and Event Central services earlier this month. Unyte Meeting is WebDialogs’ flagship conferencing product under the new Unyte Conferencing brand and is the only multimedia conferencing tool that provides multimedia minutes for about one-third of what competitors charge for similar capabilities.
