Oracle Partners Launch First Oracle Accelerate Solutions

Oracle today announced that partners in North America are launching solutions for small and medium businesses (SMB) and local governments (SMG) as a part of the Oracle Accelerate program. With more than 180,000 small and medium customers, Oracle Accelerate is Oracle's approach to delivering Oracle products to small and medium sized businesses. Oracle Accelerate applications solutions combine Oracle(r) applications with partner expertise and Oracle Business Accelerators or other rapid implementation methodologies in industry-tailored solutions that are packaged, priced and delivered specifically to be easy to own for SMBs. Partners including Amazing USA, Baytree Associates, Inc., Business Technology Services, Inc. (BizTech), DAZ Systems, Inc., Solbourne, Syntax.

net and Tier1 Innovation today announced the launch of their own Oracle Accelerate solutions.

Oracle Accelerate applications solutions are provided by Oracle's partners with input and review from Oracle. This process requires partners to provide references and to demonstrate their ability to deliver these solutions to a customer's specific industry and geography. In addition to providing a history of success, Oracle requires partners to provide documentation of solutions and procedures to support their ease of use by the end customers.

To assist partners in developing their Oracle Accelerate applications solutions, Oracle provides additional industry and SMB/SMG-specific tools and training including: Oracle Business Accelerators, business process flows, recommended practices and supporting promotional materials and collateral and suggested pricing guidelines.

As part of the global SMB Applications Business Unit established to support Oracle Accelerate, new resources and services have been added to assist Oracle partners to bring lower cost, higher value solutions to customers.

Partners Launch Affordable, High-Value Implementations
With the Oracle Accelerate program, Oracle is creating new channel opportunities for partners.
