Harte-Hanks Elects New Director
Harte-Hanks, Inc., a worldwide, direct and targeted marketing company, announced that Judy C. Odom has been elected as an additional member of the Company's board of directors, bringing board membership to nine directors.
Ms. Odom, 50, most recently served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Software Spectrum, Inc., a company she co-founded in 1983. She served in that position until Software Spectrum merged with Level 3 Communications in 2002. Under her leadership Software Spectrum., a public, Fortune 1000 company at the time of the merger -- became a leading global supplier of personal computer software and technology services. From 1977 to 1985, Ms.

Odom, a certified public accountant, served at the national accounting firm of Grant Thornton and became one of the first women at that firm to be named an audit partner. She currently serves on the board of directors of Leggett & Platt, Incorporated.
