Really Simple Systems Awarded Software Satisfaction Award

Really Simple Systems, a hosted CRM vendor, has announced it has won the Software Satisfaction Award 2008, taking 68 percent of the Small Business Software CRM category vote.

The results are based on the views of genuine buyers and end-users of business software applications. Lisa Kilmister, Sales Manager at Really Simple Systems, comments, "We're a fairly young company, only two years old, so it's an honour to get the award. What’s more is that the award is voted for by the customers, making it a very valuable achievement."

Really Simple Systems took 68 percent of the vote in the Small Business category whilst the runner up, NetSuite Small Business, reached only 8% followed by Mamut Enterprise and ACT! from Sage.

The shortlist for the award categories is based on a final voting population of 5,967 end users and purchasers of business software from a survey covering 19 categories of accounting & finance, HR and customer management applications.

SaaS (Software as a Service) suppliers dominated the Awards clearly indicating that this is a successful way for small and large businesses alike to increase efficiencies, lower costs and gain valuable customer satisfaction. Kilmister comments, "Hosted software is very easy to set up and is cost-effective. This is especially key to businesses that require a CRM solution of some form and are looking at the best options in the market at this present time."

Really Simple Systems also scored the highest across all the CRM categories. John Paterson, CEO of Really Simple Systems, comments, "We’ve always been committed to delivering better service as well as simpler software, and it’s great to hear that our customers believe we’re succeeding."
