TeleTech Signs Multiyear Agreement With Leading Global Automobile Manufacturer
TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has signed a multiyear agreement with one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers.
Under the terms of the agreement, TeleTech will provide standardized, consistent service for the entire suite of products offered by the client, from multiple global locations in 18 languages. Support includes general product inquiries, document fulfillment, and demo registration and will operate in channels that include phone, post, email, and Web chat. TeleTech will provide front- and back-office services for customers throughout Western and Central Europe as well as Scandinavia.
