AsiaInfo to Expand China Netcom's CRM System in Jiangsu Province
AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA), a leading provider of telecom software solutions and IT security products and services in China, today announced that it has signed a contract with Jiangsu Netcom, a subsidiary of China Netcom, to expand the carrier's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
AsiaInfo first deployed Jiangsu Netcom's CRM system to cover 13 cities in 2006. Under the terms of the agreement, AsiaInfo will expand the system capacity and incorporate new functionalities such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM), enterprise customer management, online service shop and marketing decision support.
"The CRM system developed for Jiangsu Netcom further showcases our industry leading Business Operation Support System for fixed-line operators," said Steve Zhang, AsiaInfo's president and chief executive officer. "The strong recognition for our technology and services lays a solid foundation for future cooperation with China Netcom."
