Satuit Technologies Adds Training Programs to Expand Asset Manager CRM Best Practices
Satuit Technologies, Inc. launched a new training program designed to expand SatuitCRM end-user expertise and product adoption. The company’s new “Train the Trainer” focuses on ‘investment management CRM best practices” training. It is intended to create in-house SatuitCRM experts among Satuit’s customers who train their internal users. The two-day course, which was born out of the company’s growing customer needs, was offered in September, with plans to repeat the training each quarter.
SatuitCRM is the only CRM solution focused on supporting the professional investment market.
“As the Project Manager primarily responsible for implementing SatuitCRM in our firm, my objectives in attending this course were to gain a more in-depth understanding of the features of SatuitCRM and to get a perspective on how to present those features to my users,” said Deb Bailey, business systems analyst for Gresham Partners in Chicago. “The class did a great job of meeting both of these expectations. Beyond enhancing our current way of using SatuitCRM, the all-encompassing scope of the course gave me an opportunity to become familiar with aspects of SatuitCRM that we currently don’t use, but may in the future. I am very happy to have attended the session.”
Bailey noted that the course was very user oriented, and course content supplemented information presented in Satuit’s System Administrator course, which provides system administrators with advanced training on SatuitCRM’s database architecture, configuration tools, security functions, integration with web services and data import wizards.
“The Train the Trainer program was really born out of necessity as we have experienced tremendous growth over the past couple of years,” said Karen Maguire, chief executive officer of Satuit. “As we have grown, we have seen a need to offer courses in which our clients can meet other clients to learn how to use SatuitCRM, as well as how their competitors are using SatuitCRM to meet similar challenges. Our client users are very happy to share ideas. We not only help our customers get more out of our software, we create more loyal customers who become product champions.”
Shelby Lawrence, assistant manager of client services and training for Satuit added, “The course provides all the materials our new trainers will need to help train their own employees on the features and benefits of SatuitCRM. We know that the customers that come to this course are already lead users of our solution. They want to know more ways that they can use the software to help drive productivity in their businesses.”
