iEnterprises' iExtensions CRM 6.5 for Domino Lotus Notes Offers New, Powerful Automation and Efficiencies for Sales Teams
With iExtensions CRM 6.5 new automated functionality, users can quickly bypass mundane steps to complete their goals. Given the automation runs through the entire CRM solution, users can automatically pre-populate, trigger, or issue notifications by allowing macros to run when opening, editing or saving any data in the solution.
These macros take CRM automation to an entirely new level of ease of use and flexibility.
Automation also makes scheduling and following up on sales procedures and performance easier, as tasks -- no matter how simple, multi-step or complex -- can be triggered either one or multiple times daily. For example, sales representatives can be prompted with documentation and instructions at each step of the sales process. This documentation supports diagrams and pictures which may help sales representatives close more deals. Or, a reminder and URL link can be automatically set to notify a representative of an overdue step in the sales process. By clicking on the URL link, the overdue step is automatically performed, setting the sales process back on track, and better positioned for success. Scheduled reports can also be sent out according to user preferences.
"Automation is the cornerstone of iExtensions CRM 6.5," said John Carini, Chief Software Architect of iEnterprises. "We strive to make our technology work the way our customers do, not the other way around. We've applied our deep understanding of intricate customer relationship management processes and how users interact with technology to weave automation through the most heavily relied on features of iExtension CRM 6.5. Our customers therefore gain a more configurable and time-saving solution that's relevant to them, and helps them achieve their business goals."
iExtensions CRM 6.5 also takes advantage of IBM's newly launched Domino Lotus Notes 8.0, with full integration into Notes 8.0 Mail. Features such as "email Caller ID" and automatic attachment import, make it easier for users to copy, funnel and house emails under appropriate account and contact databases. Other related iExtensions CRM 6.5 benefits include the ability to tap the Domino 8.0 Web 2.0 functionality that are now part of the Notes 8.0 Client, as well as incorporating Domino 8.0's built in document tools, allowing users to edit documents in virtually any format.
