Comres Appoints Broadsystem to Emergency Telephone Polling Task

ComRes, one of the UK’s leading polling and research consultancies, has appointed integrated multi-channel communications specialist Broadsystem to undertake an emergency telemarketing campaign on behalf of a town residents action group.

The project was briefed, quoted and signed-off by ComRes within a matter of hours following a non competitive pitch, based on the company’s knowledge of Broadsystem’s expertise in this area.

Despite the short notice and impending weekend, Broadsystem was able to select, train and deploy a team of eight advisors to undertake outbound calling immediately, to inform residents of a local town development.
