"We are particularly proud of these two milestone sales, as we believe they are indicative of an overall trend toward larger customer adoption of our solutions. While we do have other customers with annual purchases in excess of
$1.0 million, most of our orders tend to be below the $500,000 threshold."

The first sale is to a U.S. school district in the amount of $676,000 for five years of Absolute's ComputraceComplete- the Company's guaranteed Theft Recovery and Secure Asset Tracking solution. This is the largest single customer order in Absolute's history and brings this education customer's total purchases over the last 12 months to $1.2 million. Full payment is due in the first quarter of fiscal 2008, with the contract value deferred and amortized to revenue evenly over the 60-month contract term.

The second sale is to a large U.S. financial services company in the amount of $520,000 for one year of AbsoluteTrack, including implementation services. Full payment is due in the first quarter of fiscal 2008, with the contract value deferred and amortized to revenue evenly over the 12-month contract term. This represents Absolute's single largest sale of AbsoluteTrack, which enables organizations to gain valuable insights into their computer population to enable improved asset management, compliance and reporting capabilities.

Both agreements were entered into during the three-month period ended June 30, 2007, with monitoring terms commencing on June 30, 2007.

Absolute's Computrace solutions help customers of all sizes track and recover stolen or missing computers, remotely delete sensitive data, detect unauthorized software or missing hardware, and generate asset reports for upgrades, roll-outs and PC retirement.
