eStara to Launch Click Suite for Interactive Marketers at Ad:Tech San Francisco
eStara, a leading provider of proactive conversion solutions for enhancing online sales and support initiatives, today introduced Click Suite for Interactive Marketers. Based around eStara’s industry leading Click to Call technology for the voice enablement of online campaigns, Click Suite for Interactive Marketers couples innovative technology with advanced tracking and reporting features to help interactive agencies build distinct and engaging campaigns, while measuring across channels.
Online marketers are increasingly looking to create campaigns that break through the industry clutter, engage prospects in new ways and generate results.
Integral to Click Suite is the addition of Dynamic Number Replacement, through which advertisers can use unique telephone numbers that map to keywords and publishers for more granular campaign effectiveness data. Click Suite for Interactive Marketers also includes:
- Click to Call - lets agencies integrate voice into emails, banners, micro sites and other promotional activity for increased engagement and results.
- Call Tracking - enables marketers to provision unique toll-free and local telephone numbers, in real-time, to track phone calls from all media, including online, print, television and radio.
- Dynamic Number Replacement (DNR) - allows advertisers to have unprecedented insight into where leads are being generated. DNR allows marketers to track phone calls down to the keyword and search engine that delivered the call.
- Dynamic Call Routing. With dynamic call routing, calls generated by either click to call or call tracking can be routed based on any number of variables, including location of caller, hours of business operation, ad listing, etc. National brands can distribute leads to local franchises or call centers by geo-targeting where inbound calls are coming from, plus eStara’s find me/follow me capabilities route calls to multiple phone lines to guarantee no lead goes unanswered.
- Automated Outbound Calling - Send branded messages to hundreds of prospects with the click of a button.
- Interactive Content Delivery - Tie online video and interactive campaigns to the phone for a truly unique ad experience.
- Real-Time Reporting and Provisioning - eStara’s WebCare customer service portal provides up to the minute dashboard reporting of campaign results, and allows marketers to change campaigns on the fly, and conduct A/B and multivariate testing of campaigns.
