Genticity Welcomes Dan Derin as President U.S. Operations
Software development firm Genticity Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Derin as President of U.S. Operations. With more than 25 years in the software industry, Derin has a broad range of experience in the areas of sales and marketing, consulting, and business development. He comes to Genticity from Jacada, Inc., where most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas. Derin has held senior management and executive positions in industry leading organizations such as Envision Telephony, Lucent Technologies, Mosaix and Caleo Software.
Derin's performance record highlights growth, expansion and development. "Genticity has a strong presence in the U.S. already.
Genticity CEO, Jamie Hill noted Derin's appointment completes a large part of the company's international business plan. "Our office in Atlanta positions Genticity in one of the most economically expansive regions of the United States," said Hill. "It's got the world's busiest airport and has the third largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in the U.S." The Southeastern region of the U.S. is the fastest growing region in the country and is widely recognized for its capacity with Information and Communications Technology development.
