Enterprise CRM Launches Dedicated Salesforce.com Consultancy in UK
Enterprise CRM, a new European independent consulting firm dedicated to the salesforce.com on-demand business services, was launched in the UK. Co-founder of the firm and chairman is John Appleby who was also responsible for founding salesforce.com in EMEA.
Enterprise CRM says it is the largest dedicated salesforce.com professional services firm in Europe with currently 15 consultants, many of whom are former salesforce.com employees.
“The on-demand model, which was pioneered by Marc Benioff and salesforce.com, has gained massive traction across firms of all sizes including enterprise which is why there is now a growing demand across EMEA for dedicated implementation and development services,” commented John Appleby.
Enterprise CRM is currently working with a number of UK and European based customers implementing salesforce.com in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, IT, financial services and Government sectors.
Enterprise CRM has also developed a number of products on the salesforce.com AppExchange platform which is the world’s first online service for sharing business applications.
“We believe that AppExchange has the potential to revolutionise the development and especially the distribution of software,” added Colm Mulcahy, CEO and co founder of Enterprise CRM. “Using AppExchange you can axe development costs and reduce time to market from months or years to weeks. We know because we have done it.”
Enterprise CRM has already developed a number of products on AppExchange including Timetrack CRM, a timesheet and expenses management system and Property CRM, which allows estate agents automatically match properties and prospects within their Salesforce application. As well as Salesforce implementation, Enterprise CRM will provide services which will allow users and ISVs exploit the potential of AppExchange.
