Lancashire Rural Futures Benefits from Enhanced CRM Implementation
Lancashire Rural Futures (LRF) utilises Captavia™, the CRM solution from Initiative Software,to manage project and customer related activities. LRF supports Lancashire’s rural businesses to develop new revenue streams from a range of areas including environmental opportunities. The flexibility and powerful design capabilities in Captavia provides a CRM system to enhance the effectiveness of LRF.
Due to recent market changes the systems used by LRF no longer met its data capture or reporting requirements. The search for a new solution found Business Link Lancashire (BLL) using Captavia as the core CRM system to effectively manage business support activities. The opportunity arose for LRF to access Captavia through BLL.
“Captavia has enabled us to access data more effectively thereby contributing to the efficiency of administration procedures,” comments Jenn Redmayne, Lancashire Rural Futures. “Captavia holds important client information which is easily accessible and produces important quarterly reports.”
“We are delighted to implement this project with Lancashire Rural Futures. It’s exciting to see Captavia used in this way. It makes perfect sense for LRF to access Business Link Lancashire’s CRM system and build on the system already in place. Both organisations benefit from the new Captavia processes and screens, sharing customer data and reporting information where appropriate,” comments Rachael Redfern, Professional Services Manager Initiative Software Ltd.
