Invoke Systems Signs the Motley Fool
Baltimore-based Invoke Systems, the national go-to partner for Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, announced the company has been selected by The Motley Fool to implement Microsoft's CRM 3.0 application.
"With multiple lines of business and millions of customers, The Motley Fool will use CRM 3.0 to centralize, track, and react quickly and effectively to customer needs and issues," explains Invoke Systems President Mark Barrett.
"As a multimedia financial advisory services company, we have more than four million customers using our services," said Rebekah Hughes, Director of Customer Experience at The Motley Fool.
Since 1993, The Motley Fool has helped millions of people grow their wealth and achieve financial independence across a wide variety of online and offline media channels including: its award-winning website at www.fool.com; eight best-selling Simon & Schuster and self-published books; a nationally syndicated weekly newspaper column carried by more than 200 publications; and the company's award-winning UK subsidiary, Fool UK www.fool.co.uk. Tens of thousands of individual investors subscribe to one or more of the company's seven market-beating investment newsletter services.
"The Motley Fool has always been an innovator, being among the first organizations in its industry to utilize this type of business tool for customer and sales improvement is a no-brainer," Barrett notes.
The Motley Fool is one in a series of new clients for Invoke Systems. Invoke Systems also was recently awarded its third consecutive Microsoft Partner Award, this time honored as the Mid-Atlantic Top Partner. Invoke was previously the recipient of the Microsoft Compete Award and the Microsoft Competency Award.
