TeleTech awarded Frost & Sullivan Australian Contact Centre Outsourcing Provider of the Year

TeleTech announced it has been awarded the 2006 Frost & Sullivan Australia Best Practice Award for Contact Centre Outsourcing Provider of the Year. The award is testament to TeleTech’s strong year-on-year growth in Earnings Before Interest, Taxes and Amoritisation (EBITA) during 2005.

Darryl Nelson, industry analyst for Frost & Sullivan said, “The contact centre outsourcing sector has traditionally been seen foremost as a way for companies to cut operating costs. A panel of independent judges comprised of influential personalities and leaders in the Australian ICT industry chose TeleTech as the Contact Centre Outsourcing Provider of the Year. This was based on actual market performance indicators such as revenue growth, market share, growth in market share, leadership in product innovation, breadth of products and solutions, major customer acquisitions, and business and marketing strategy.
