TeleTech awarded Frost & Sullivan Australian Contact Centre Outsourcing Provider of the Year
Darryl Nelson, industry analyst for Frost & Sullivan said, “The contact centre outsourcing sector has traditionally been seen foremost as a way for companies to cut operating costs. Now however, organisations increasingly understand the contact centre is often the mission-critical frontline of their business, and that service levels are directly related to profits and growth.
TeleTech received the award as a result of its approach to offering clients results-based services rather than simple cost reductions. TeleTech is taking this message to the Australian market not only with state-of-the-art infrastructure, but also a comprehensive agent training program. This strategy has helped TeleTech successfully achieve higher than the industry’s average for revenue per agent seat, growth in profitability and staff strength.

TeleTech’s Award is part of Frost & Sullivan Australia’s annual Best Practices Awards. The Awards seek to recognise outstanding performance and industry achievements by leaders in the Australian Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Healthcare industry.
A panel of independent judges comprised of influential personalities and leaders in the Australian ICT industry chose TeleTech as the Contact Centre Outsourcing Provider of the Year. This was based on actual market performance indicators such as revenue growth, market share, growth in market share, leadership in product innovation, breadth of products and solutions, major customer acquisitions, and business and marketing strategy.
