Hertz Selects Tradedoubler to Drive Online Traffic

Hertz Rent-A-Car is set to launch a pan European affiliate marketing program to boost bookings over the Internet, in time for the Christmas travel rush. Hertz will use TradeDoubler's European affiliate network to enhance its online marketing presence across five markets. Through the programme, Hertz will advertise on thousands of quality websites across Europe in order to grow the company's brand appeal to web savvy customers and increase the number of online rentals.

Hertz plans to integrate the TradeDoubler affiliate programme into the company's core marketing strategy, from 1st December.

The program will be supported by TradeDoubler's scalable, independent tracking technology, enabling Hertz to ensure the best return on investment through the ability to measure the performance of each lead that is generated by TradeDoubler.

For the past two years, TradeDoubler has worked with Hertz in Spain to develop and test various online marketing activities at a local level.

Hertz saw positive results with the initiative, resulting in a significant increase in traffic to the local website. Hertz is now looking to find new consumers and raise awareness with online shoppers to develop and expand the company's online business across Europe. Hertz selected TradeDoubler for its industry knowledge and expertise, pan-European reach, and extensive network of over 93,000 active publishers.
