Tigerpaw Software Unleashes CRM+ Version 10
The release of Tigerpaw CRM+ signals the completion of three years of development that spawned a host of new features and expanded functionality. Chief among them are a revamped and much-improved user interface, brand new features like project management and subcontractor support, enhanced business analytics highlighted by a new dashboard, and expanded customization tools.
In all, more than 1,000 user-requested enhancements were folded into the release, bolstering the product's core functionality of contact management, sales force and marketing automation, service management, and inventory control.
James Foxall, Tigerpaw's vice president of development, said he is confident the firm's growing customer base - presently more than 10,000 users in 28 countries - will be pleased.
"We are extremely proud of version 10," he said. "Our goal from day one of this project has been to exceed the expectations of even our most demanding clients, and we feel we've achieved that."
Building on the success of its award-winning Business Suite 9 Enterprise - long embraced in the SMB market as an end-to-end CRM solution for a wide range of industries - Tigerpaw set its sights on version 10 as not just an expansion and enhancement of the feature set, but also a significant improvement in terms of user experience. Tigerpaw CRM+ supports a larger screen size, provides a new explorer bar for nimble system navigation, supports high-color icons, and employs passive task and workflow notifications.
Other notable enhancements include a new group calendar, international date support, progressive billing functionality, payment tracking, an enhanced security model, improved RMA tracking, unlimited pricing levels, and unlimited user-defined custom fields throughout the application.
Tigerpaw's new version release coincides with a retooled corporate website built to better enable product researching. Dozens of feature-specific online demos afford visitors first-hand glimpses into the software's functionality.
Dave Foxall, the company's chief executive officer, said Tigerpaw CRM+ clears a path for further expansion into international markets as well as additional vertical markets.
"With Tigerpaw CRM+, the feature set is so comprehensive and the interface so user-friendly, it fills the software needs of many types of businesses not just here in North America, but throughout the world," he said. "This product marks the culmination of a 3-year quest to truly redefine CRM."
